SUMMARY:(5) Felipe Alonso 'Hidden Waters\, Fragile Worlds: Exploring and Conserving Argentina’s Killifishes' Zoom meeting October 14th
DESCRIPTION:Topic: (5) Felipe Alonso ‘Hidden Waters\, Fragile Worlds: Exploring and Conserving Argentina’s Killifishes’ Zoom meeting October 14th Zoom Meeting October 2026 All welcome\nTime: October 14th\, 2026 19:30 GMT \n \n \n\n\nPhD\nFaculty Member at National Scientific and Technical Research Council\n\n\nI’m working on evolution of Neotropical fishes\, mainly on Rivulidae\, Cichlidae\, Callichthyidae and Characidae.\nMy research addresses evolutionary questions arising from interactions among different levels of biological organization\, (i.e.: behavior\, physiology\, anatomy\, ecology)\, and within phylogenetic frameworks. I am particularly interested in phenotypic evolution from an integrative perspective\, as well as biodiversity patterns\, biogeography\, alpha taxonmy and conservation of Neotropical fishes. \n\n\nKillifish Foundation\n\n\n\nInstitution: National Scientific and Technical Research Council\nDepartment: IBIGEO – Instituto de Bio y Geociencias del NOA \n\n\nhttps://www.researchgate.net/profile/Felipe-Alonso\n  \n \nJoin Zoom Meeting\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/82703885789?pwd=i8JUCmaPIz6i853m6vgJaBkbvjbGM6.1 \nMeeting ID: 827 0388 5789\nPasscode: australe \nPlease download and import the following iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system.\nMonthly:Monthly: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/tZYqd-qgpj4tEt3jHkelP6cK_a7Q-_NoGdnr/ics?icsToken=DK45za2dAG7bWePcQAAALAAAAKhhtxkfO6M-Uu3-NyjDkSNDRLJlrF0Av5XOJ6Oy0uQaqF1i6WyMsZ4CfRCjsWKKqlSS-Vks4j1alzG7FjAwMDAwMQ \n
